The staff at Via Inn Nagoya were incredibly professional and helpful throughout our stay.
I had a frustrating experience with the bed size and comfort. it felt too small for two people, and the cushions were uncomfortably hard. The bathroom was also quite cramped, limiting space to move around. Unfortunately, we mistakenly booked a smoking room, and even with air freshener, the unpleasant smell lingered, affecting our sleep quality.
